Overview

The Boffin Factory is a lab reserved for doing cool projects. We call it an informal learning environment where you can use a wide variety of resources. Personal and group projects support you furthering your education outside of the classroom.

Boffin: [bof-in] noun, British informal

  1. a person engaged in scientific or technical research: a computer boffin

Factory: [fak-tuh-ree] noun

  1. a building or group of buildings where goods are manufactured or assembled chiefly by machine
