ME 7730 - Advanced Physical PropertiesCredit Hour(s): 3 This course focuses on some of the advanced physical properties of solid-state materials including thermoelectric energy conversion, optoelectronics, principles of lasers, high-k dielectrics, magnetoresistance, negative differential resistance, superconductivity, effects of reduced dimensionality and nanostructures.
