Wright State University is a partner of a $2 million award from the Ohio Federal Research Network (OFRN). The project Autonomous/ Remote Piloted "Air Uber" System, led by Dayton’s Persistent Surveillance Systems, is one of the four teams funded by OFRN's Sustaining Ohio’s Aeronautical Readiness and Innovation in the Next Generation (SOARING) initiative.
Dr. Yong Pei and his team at Wright State will help develop sensory data analysis technologies to support autonomous/remote piloting.
