Research Proposal accepted by Google Summer of Code 2017

Matt will spend his summer coding after his research project was selected in the Google Summer of Code 2017 competition. The aim of this project is to provide a standalone, scalable, and extensible R package that unifies existing methodologies for estimating the empirical cluster tree. Check out the Proposal here.
