After reviewing your application, it is determined that you do not meet one or more of the required prerequisites. The department has assigned this course to your program as part of your admission. If you feel that this is in error, please complete the appropriate form below for a review of your prerequisites.
You will be required to upload the course syllabus for the courses that you would like to use in place of the prerequisite. If you do not upload your syllabus, your request will be denied.
