Take the Next Step
Finding the right college means finding the right fit. See all that the College of Engineering and Computer Science has to offer by visiting campus.
Interested in cutting-edge technology? Looking to explore a field that’s rapidly growing—including right here in Dayton?
Attend Wright State University’s summer camp in microelectronics and learn about the foundations of 21st century computing and communication. You’ll discover a field that could give you not only a rewarding career but even a chance to help with crucial modern issues like consumer privacy, malicious cyberattacks, and national security.
These four summer camps will explore the practical aspects of microelectronics, vulnerabilities related to hardware manufacturing, hands-on lab work in the design and fabrication of circuitboards, and in-depth study of the complex chemistry behind microfabrication.
Camps run Monday through Friday each week.
Beyond being a fascinating introduction to this essential aspect of modern technology and communication, it’s also a way to get started in a growing field. As Intel is committed to expanding microelectronics operations here in the Miami Valley, this is a unique opportunity for students in this very region.
Courses are open to everyone, regardless of prior experience. Applicants must have passed Algebra I. Competitive scholarships are available as well. Registration is live now, and spots are limited. Sign up today!
