I worked on-site for our client Amazon situated at Dallas, Texas where I conducted a time study on impacts of safety compliance guarding (related to different conveyor belts and its installation) and provided process improvement ideas for reducing installation time, manufacturing cost and labor cost. With my time study analysis, I was able to project that with the application of my process improvement ideas, the organization could save approximately $30,000 per project."
