Advising

Your success matters to us.

To help you stay on track, we require you to meet with an academic advisor before full admission into your major.

Your advisor is a good resource for

  • advice
  • class planning
  • information about opportunities

Therefore, we encourage you to continue to meet with them throughout your program of study.

How to schedule an appointment

Use the University Academic Calendar to find the registration dates for the semester. Once you have the dates contact the department to make an appointment. We suggest you call to make your appointments at least one week in advance.

  • Call the department (937-775-5131) OR stop by the office (303 Russ Engineering)
  • Provide your UID, Major, and contact information when making the appointment.
